The Story
In the last week of September 2025, Anne reached out to us on WhatsApp with a message that immediately touched our hearts.
“On October 17th, 2024 we got married in a civil ceremony.
We had no party… and no wedding photos.
So now, one year later, we want to gift ourselves something special — a photoshoot to celebrate our first anniversary.”
From that very first conversation, we felt the spark.
We began dreaming together — imagining locations, exploring styles, and understanding what this celebration truly meant to them. Anne, wonderfully organized and full of vision, sent me (Livia) a beautiful mood board with her ideas. The central concept was clear:
An elegant, editorial-style session.
A European café aesthetic.
A celebration of love, one year after “I do.”
After a few conversations, we all realized that Dublin City would be our studio — a backdrop rich in history, texture and timeless charm.
The Locations
We began at Dublin Castle, surrounded by its magnificent stone walls — a perfect canvas for the romantic, editorial tone Anne envisioned.
From there, we walked to Chez Max, a charming French restaurant right at the castle’s exit. Its European atmosphere added the exact touch of “Parisian elegance” that inspired her mood board.
But Lucas wanted more.
So the story continued through the streets of Dublin —
📍 City Hall, with its iconic architecture
📍 the main downtown avenue, alive and elegant
📍 and finally, Trinity College, timeless and cinematic
Every corner offered a new frame.
Every pause, a new moment of beauty.
The Aesthetic
Anne and Léo were breathtaking.
Anne chose to work with Rafa Beauty and Natanael Mota Hair Stylist for makeup and Hair — two artists who are currently shaping the beauty scene in Dublin. What was already stunning became flawless.
And their looks…
She, in an all-white ensemble: refined, modern, effortlessly elegant.
He, in a white shirt, black tie, and a leather jacket — classic meets cool.
Before the session, we had a styling meeting to help them refine colors, accessories and textures for the camera. And it truly made all the difference.
But the truth is…
they didn’t need much.
Their harmony, their openness, their love — this is what turned the session into art.ges.
A Lesson for All of Us
This photoshoot taught us something beautiful:
Why not celebrate anniversaries with a photoshoot?
Why not honour the evolution of a couple, the growth, the faith, the journey?
Time strengthens love.
Love grows in God.
And photographs become legacy —
for our hearts,
and for our children.
Lucas and I left this session with our own lesson.
In 2026 we will celebrate 13 years of marriage, and now more than ever…
I want a beautiful editorial session to honour our story too.
A Blessing for Anne & Léo
Anne and Léo, we pray your journey is blessed, fruitful and full of grace.
May your love continue to grow in God,
and may each year bring new layers of beauty to your story.
Thank you for trusting us to transform this celebration into art.
It was an honour to witness — and capture — the way you love.
